I wondered what you thought of what I see as potentially another way to get an edge: whenever you have picked a heavy favourite play them as regulation time only with a Draw No Bet. Pinnacle offers this. Reason being that once you get to OT it is probably pretty much 50-50 so you are overall in a losing position if you have bet the favourite.
Like today for example.
Thoughts?

I laughed for a good minute before I typed, PB. Been lucky as fukk but I dont care what anyone says....you don't get ahead without a little luck. Ive read a few threads recently about shootouts and being on the right side or wrong side of wagering when the game comes down to a SO. Doesn't anyone factor in a shootout and goaltenders when capping a game? I mean, I'm certainly not capping a winning wager to come down to a shootout but I certainly consider who the stronger goaltender is in case the scenario exists. Some would suggest that it's 50/50 when going to a shootout but I completely disagree. Some goaltenders handle the pressure, some dont....some goaltenders are excellent regarding their angles, some aren't....some are better with the stick side, some aren't.....some are quicker with the glove.....some aren't. In the case of the last two shootouts that I won this week, I had the better overall goaltenders. Obviously, the better goaltender doesn't always win but when we're playing percentages, it's always a plus to have the better goaltender.
PB, I appreciate your posts...you're one of my favorites and I always have a little extra confidence in knowing I'm on your side of a play. Good luck
