Preds at Gritties - line feels right, and I'd Lean Flyers at -150 if I had to bet this, maybe Regulation.
Bolts host Stars - Stars are very streaky so far, and looks like the Bolts have found their Mojo (or maybe Austin Power's Mojo?). Lean Dallas at current line and if you can find 6 flat at -110 or better, I'd consider the Under.
Sens host Flamers - Sens ML is not too appealing, but I see Over 6 flat at a couple sites, and I'll prolly be looking into that more.
B's small home pups with Booffalo in town. Rematch of October 11th where B's won 3-1. Prolly pass.
Isles travel to Raleigh, where Canes will be ready. Isles are not a good matchup as Canes play a solid D system, and they should be able to score 3+ on Isles. Canes still missing some big names on Blue Line, so hard to pay that price or risk Reg/Puck Lines when you are missing one of the top Defensemen in the league in Jacob Slavin, a physcial talent in K'Andre, and PP QB Ghostyberries. Value is probably on Isles.

These are some of the ones I think will help you get started.Whenever you have some free time just go over some of the basics. That way you will get an idea of what you like.
Covers.com, NHL.com, and some other basic sites will have a lot of the standard stuff to look at that may actually be enough to get started.
The difference with the ‘new’ analytics statistics compared to standard ones is that they are designed to clear out ‘noise’ and concentrate on ‘efficiency’.
This started in MLB and has transitioned to all sports.Because of the number of games they work better for MLB, somewhat better for NHL, and a tad better for NFL.
You can sort these out by season for various categories and by home/away and by last 10, etc.:
This is detailed math that explains some things. It explains why analytics and predictive models are somewhat different in NHL than in MLB, where they started.
You can skip this one if you are not too interested in the minutia.

Hawks of Color travel to Winnipeg and are getting some value IMO. Jets own Hawks in recent matchups. Prolly pass.
Nuks at STL - both teams struggling. Value is on Nuks at +130 but they are also on 5 game loss streak. Pass.
Pens are value dog at Mild. Mild still struggling, and Pens are not.
Nother Live Dog in San Jose, as they are 2-2 last 4 games, and their latest loss to the Queens was a game where Sharks looked like the better team and outshot LA 40-14. Devils have been playing well, but Sharks won 3 of 4 games H2H over past two seasons, and also lost to Dev's 3-1 earlier in the month, but that was a 2-1 game until EN put it away in final minute.
Queens host Wings - not a lot to work with here. Queens are off 5 game Roadie going 4-1, however they have not yet won at home (0-2), and I lik them here but not at -145.
