Good luck today, question… why are you on van and chi cause they were the two picks I was on the fence about where I see value on both sides chi 1.5 and Wpg -1 then stl ml and van +1 you are making me think just go with the dog when in doubt for those two

The stars might lie but the #’s never do…I feel lucky today

Thanks raiders and good luck I appreciate the insight so it’s mostly recent performance, I wasn’t sure if you used past years and if so how many years does it make sense to go back?

The stars might lie but the #’s never do…I feel lucky today

Just current season matters to me.  Unless it is some weird streak.  For example, a couple of years back in MLB the Rangers had lost to the Padres 10 or 11 straight games.  That is interleague, so it is curious and hard to ignore.  

In NHL there are some current streaks with SJ and CH -- but mainly because they have just been so bad.  But a couple of weird ones are WIN/MN and MIN/MON.

But statistics only matter to me from the current year.  As the season progresses, the more recent ones matter more than earlier ones, etc.
