Conn Smyth

I been following the odds on this since the start of the series. And after game 3 noticed something that got me scratching my head. Maybe I’m missing something. Sergei Bobrovsky went from the second favorite all the way down to number 4……. Sam Bennett is now favored and idk why. 20 points in 20 games? Miss me with that bs. Mcdavid won it last year with 42. Maybe im missing something. Edmonton could very well win the next 3 games with their offense, but IMO it’s gonna be their goaltending once again preventing them from winning another cup. Sergei Bobrovsky is now 14-6 with a GAA of 2.15. He’s faced 533 shots and turned aside 488 of them. Hes on pace to face more shots and make more saves then last years playoff run and has 3 shutouts along the way as well. Hes stopped 116 of 125 shots in 3 games. Hes been a big backbone. With that being said.

If Florida goes on to win this thing 4-1 or else 4-2. He wins it IMO. 

If I made a mistake in any of my stats. Someone please correct me. I get it’s a big help when you score 80 goals in 20 games. That’s 4 goals average a game. And it’s more goals allowed than previous goalies who have won it. But the game is a lot different nowadays. This year there hasn’t been one skater miles ahead of anyone to run away with this. Mcdavid has 31 points. No way does he get this award again with another loss. IMO

Sergei B is a very good goalie imo he won't win the Conn Smyth just because Bennett is on fire in the playoffs

He has 14 goals plus 6 assist playing out of his ass.. Bennett will win it if Panthers win S Bob will be 2nd in voting.

 I can agree with you. Obviously the oddsmakers do as well. But IMO. Those 14 goals and 6 assists are weak compare to how he’s been. Of Edmonton ends up winning this series then everything changes. But 2 more games like tonight we might see Bob come out. It’s gambling.
