Thats pure idiocy tin foil hat nonsense. If it was better for the Pack to score a TD then why were the Lions about to let them do it? And if it was fixed why would they be trying to let them score?
If they wanted the Under to hit why did they keep extending Packers drives twice with bad calls?

I had GB -3.5 and of course I’m irritated he didn’t just run it in. But, that is the correct football play. You see how Detroit didn’t bother to tackle him or rush. They wanted him to score so they could get the ball back.
it’s a bad beat for GB backers, but GB not covering had more to do with their inability to score TD’s instead of field goals and missed red zone opportunities.

It's not a bad beat they should have lost the game straight up the refs handed the game to GB with 2 blatant bad calls and a non call PI.

Because a field goal from the 2 yard line is the equivalent of the old extra point that was connecting at 99%+ so much so that the league pushed it back. Leaving the opponent with no time on the clock to score right back is by far a safer move.
