When you watched the Eagles lose to a team under 500

You know the script is really real. Many people on the wrong side  but not including myself. Smarter than that but a play in theater is about 3 hours. A game last about 3 hours! Make sense?!

Kyler was shredding the Eagles defense with ease in the 2nd half.  Not sure it was a script, but the Eagles defense is bottom 5 in the league and has progressively been getting worse over the season.  Eagles are highly overrated and won't be surprised if the get knocked out in the first round by the NFC South winner.

these teams mess around and let their coordinators get away and it bites them in the tail, eagles new offensive and defensive coordinator and it shows

Phillys secondary/ defense has been real bad for a while..Zona just took advantage of it. No script here..just a bad defense. Washington came close to beating them..Jets beat em..the Jets ? That was the first sign and now NYG will do the same next week

lulz at "script".  do people just not watch the Eagles?  Sirianni made a change in defensive coordinator mid-season (something had to give, the defense was BAD!) and it was a terrible mistake (now it's WORSE!).  it's been this way the whole season.  Hurts and company had been keeping the team afloat scoring 30+ a game.  They still score a lot but they cant keep up with the bad defense.

Philly fans should just root for losses and try to salvage what they can with a higher draft pick.  They arent going back to the Super Bowl so work on drafting some defensive players and find a new DC.

Unless Purdy gets hurty, SF is making the Super Bowl.  Detroit's defense is bad. Rams are too inconsistent. Dallas has a good offense, good defense and great kicking game, but they have a dumb coach and Dak will poop the bed.  Now I'm off topic...

I was astonished with how high everyone was on the Eagles this off season. Sure they went to the SB and had a kick ass year, but cmon, regression was coming. Not only that, there were self inflicted wounds by the players and personel they let go.

Both coordinators.

They replaced Jonathan Ganon with frigin Sean Desai, no one thought it was a big deal. On top of that, brought in Matt Patricia who is awful. 

They let TJ Edwards, CJ Garner-Johnson, Javon Hargrave, and Kyzir White go.

Everyone still had em rated best team in the nfc.

Look at Philly's schedule before their bye this year, might have been the easiest in the league. How this happens after going to a SB is beyond me, but it did. Post bye, they beat a "not so good anymore" Chiefs by 4. Still a good win. Then an overtime thriller vs the Bills winning by 3.

This is when the levee was at it's weakest point. Then the 49ers exposed the Eagles for all their flaws, and luck was flushed down the toilet. 

They ain't getting back from this point, at least not on defense. 

Jalen Hurts is a Loser. Like some other banned poster stated. He's a "Glorofied Tim Tebow". That locker room is finished this year and Philly is gonna be awful for years to come. Kelce is retiring, (their center that gives philly a cheat code & still cant win football games, the Tush Push) Lane Johnson, the all pro RT is retiring, and BG on the D-line is retiring too. Big locker room presence for Philly for years. 

Loser coaching staff, Loser fans, it's gonna be rough for Philly for awhile. They won't even get out of the 1st round against Tampa.

My biggest bet of the year was on the Niners vs the Eagles.

If I'm not beating any sport, then I'm glad you are doing well.

Eagles defense has been trash for a while, it was leaky even before Slay went out and since then it was a disaster, that's why Seattle was able to bomb on them last minute. And Hurts has finally regressed back to what he was in college - a turnover machine. The super bowl loss hangover just took a lil longer to hit than it usually does but that's the deal.

It doesn't matter, the Ravens are winning it all. In the NFC the Cowboys and 9ers are definitely better and the Seahawks, Rams and Lions in a playoff game would be coin flips. They had their chance unfortunately it took until this season for the Chiefs to stop being the league and ref's darlings.

Now they're stuck with Hurts who has clearly peaked and had his limits exposed. 

Have you watched any of those wins. They scraped by in many of them. It was like they had nine lives but it was bound to catch up to them. They aren't bad. They're a good team. Just not as good as people had them coming into the season. Their defensive backfield is suspect at best and they're generally weak up the second phase as well. They have edge rushers but no good true linebackers or safeties. They brought in Byard and Shaq because they were full aware they needed help.

Still at 11 wins. Pretty good looking team entering the playoffs.
