I just can’t believe the Dallas love. I’m seeing it absolutely everywhere. Squares, respected guys, podcasts, you name it.
I’m seeing 3 -110 and even a few -3 -105s?!? Across the board now. I understand that Phillys offense is a little sluggish and that Dallas looks great on offense. But Dallas is a 4 win team with a tie in which they had to score 40 points at home to achieve. Philly on the other hand who has constant media attention on on offense that can’t seem to score anymore has 8 wins. They’re led by a QB who doesn’t turn it over and a defensive line that is absolutely unreal right now.
This is still the Super Bowl champions against a Dallas team that couldn’t get their heads out of their asses for the entire first half of the season. Apparently the public AND sharp side here is Dallas?!? Boy I can’t wait to see the outcome of this game.

Dallas "could have" beaten Philly IN PHILLY the first game of the season with one of the historically worst defenses in NFL history. Dallas has SIX new guys on defense now. Dallas hasn't lost a home game against the NFC East with Dak Prescott at QB since 2017! Good luck with Philly today. ??

Is it the fact that they already covered on the road against the Eagles this year? Is it that Dak owns division opponents at home? Is it the fact that they got 5 new defensive pieces back on defense against the Raiders and another week of continuity should help? Is it that the Eagles aren't as good as their record, great defense with a very suspect offense? Is it the fact that it would be good for the NFL and playoff chases down the stretch if the Cowboys won? So many reasons to like the Cowboys honestly, I find it hard to find a way to support the Eagles frankly.

it all depends on if you think Dallas' defense is better than they have shown the first 10 weeks. They got a lot of key pieces back from injury along with Quinnen Williams from the Jets which definitely helped and showed last week....but it was LV so...meh.
Dallas' offense is very good. Best kicker in the league. But now they face a good defense. Can they overcome on a short week?
Philly's offense is so-so but they can still score. It all depends on how well Dallas' defense plays.

55 years old and Dallas fan my whole life. I don't understand the Dallas love either. Philly or pass. Dallas D if the perfect fix to any struggling offense

Same here man, just gonna watch. Philly is 6-1 ats after a win, Dallas is 0-3 ats after a win. Not gonna get into the matchup cause I'm out of wind for the week.
probably the most overlooked “trend” here. Dallas is totally schizophrenic and continues to play one good game followed by a bad one

Watch out for Philly to look really good offensively today. Don’t count Saquon out, he’s still elite. Devonta Smith could absolutely torch Dallas today.

Dallas has scored 40 points in their home games other than the loss to Arizona. Eagles shut down the Lions offense but to repeat that for a 2nd week against another good offense is not easy, especially when on the road. Lane Johnson being out should definitely not be overlooked either considering how the run game has already struggled this season.
Even though I think the offensive woes for the Eagles have been over exaggerated a bit and they're still definitely better than the Raiders, playing a bad offense seemed to really help the Dallas defense last week and even though they honored Kneeland after that win, that's still in the background and a home win over their most hated rival will be a huge boost to the team heading into Thanksgiving when the Chiefs will come to Dallas. They have the Lions in Detroit after that so getting to .500 today is basically the only way to still have a chance at the playoffs. The Eagles have only scored 2 TDs in the last 8 quarters and Dallas already played them tough in Philly. Also saw the Boys haven't lost a home division game with Dak in 8 years but I haven't fact checked it.
Remember Jalen Carter spit in Dak's face too they're gonna want this one even more because of that

The Lane Johnson injury would be the only reason to back Dallas imo. I always have preached that the offensive line is the most important unit in football

Their offense is tough and they own Philly at home. Eagles due for a loss, have been squeaking out wins. Tough divsional game on the road, Dallas playing inspired football, D is slowly improving and they are playing inspired football. Lane Johnson out for Philly is a massive blow, Also massive line movement.

Perhaps the biggest factor that I didn't mention. I agree, you win football comes up front. Online is the most important unit in football, remove a cornerstone like Lane and you are going to be worse than you were before.

Me either. Shame on me for feeling so confident in the Eagles and letting line moves and nonsense conversations keep me from pulling the trigger. I don’t care what statistics or data or logic anyone had on Dallas, there was absolutely zero reason to back the cowboys at less than a TD.

Honestly after watching the game I would still take the Eagles if they played again next week in Dallas. Glad I laid off. The game was a typical NFL game…absolutely ridiculous.
