doesnt want to reveal his sources ?  ive been with this site for about 6 years now and they used to give outstanding info, or recommendations. they never gave "picks". they recently were asking if people who would like to work for them, recording stats for them and since then their regular season info has been so so. the site where the preseason picks are coming from is twominutewarning dot com  love these guys who take all the credit and try to come off as they "are the man" and you goofs just suck his ass so you can get more info. i see so much info in here that is posted from the original sites and people drool all over posters here. very few people in here can carry their own jock straps. oh and this site now sells their picks, theyve turned into touts!!! the site was bought by someone else a couple of years ago. feel free to start another thread if you want more info about this site.

As to where some of the stats are coming from ...

but that is far from the only source....

 

I never claimed that I crunch those stas myself ...

 

But it was accurate on my part to state that Covers doesn't not want posters to begin promoting other sites...and that is the simple reason for omitting the sources...

 

If you really believe that I am tout ....that is your problem not mine ...

Frankly ...I don't care ..what you think ....as long as I contribute...

to site ....and most importantly  win

I spend a gread deal of time coming up with information from reliable sources , and to present them to posters here ...

When I stated that 6 teams qualified for the winless road dog trend

above ...and stated that 5 of them had already won ...

I didn't say I had 5 winners and were claiming those as my own !

Obviously, I was making the point that those teams were the winners.....

There are a ton of trends out there , and many web sites that have them ...

to rummage through and find the pertinent ones takes time , patience , and insight ...

The reason why this is a popular thread is because this is a good reference point , and you never know what might show up from week to week ...

 I want you to think about this .....

 

If I highlight a certain trend that is successful and make sure that everyone knows where that those stats are coming from ....

wouldn't you think that perhaps ...I would be advertising their site...?

 

If you have anything else that anyone wants me to address ...

Then, posters say, "wow, you're the man Roberto".  Then instead of sayingn to them, "well actually those weren't my picks, those were winning trends....." or whatever.....

You should show how many of the trends you put up during the week ACTUALLY DON'T COME THROUGH.  Get it?  You are only taking credit for, and showing the winning trends you posted.  Of course nobody cares for losers as you said.  Of course.  But you sir are only showing the trends that have come through and taking credit for them.  Again, that big list of WINNERS, were, in fact winners.  But you're taking credit for ONLY the winners, and, those weren't YOUR picks.  Some of them were, some of them weren't.

One other thing, people here are calling you a great capper.  You yourself admit to cutting and pasting trends from different sources, correct?  Don't get me wrong Roberto, they are pretty neat to read.  But I ask you, are you a great capper?

As the trend gathered momemtum I continued to highlight it to bring up the fact that there were remaining games and it had not lost as of yet ....

There would be no point to contine mentioning a trend that is actually losing, now is it ....?

Now ...does it look like I was claiming these as my own winners ....?

or does it look like I was stating that these teams had won ...and that the trend was holding up very strong ....
