But I'm still wondering why the other quarterbacks aren't superstars who Belichick drafted. They all played with his "great defense"?!?!? But for some reason, only Brady has won when playing with belichick's "great defense"! No other quarterbacks has! So, how come nobody else has won playing with "belichick's great defense"? Only Brady has!

Silly to say a coach that had a great QB and can’t win a championship after that QB does not deserve a HoF nod. It is very hard to find a great QB.
By that determination alone a lot of great coaches would not make it.
Reid doesn’t have one without Mahomes.
Knoll had a losing record without Bradshaw.
Johnson could not win one without Aikman. He even had a decent Marino even with the injuries and a decent defense when he took over.
Parcells and Gibbs are the main two that come to mind that did it with mediocre QBs and with various QBs.
Even at the college level coaching matters even more. Holtz, Saban, Meyer, Spurrier — were winners and turned the programs around wherever they went.
Sure Jackson had Kobe and Jordan. But he also won a championship in The CBA.
Brady for sure was the largest factor but they did always have a decent defense and a line and great coordinators — Belichik has to get credit for all of that.
Even Walsh can be questioned if he had not have had Montana. But he was the one that drafted Montana and developed him and decided to start him over Deberg even after he had a great start.
Belichik drafted Brady and developed him and built a great team around him. He also decided to stick with Brady even after Bledsoe was healthy for the playoffs and SB. He deserves credit for that.
Even very good coaches that only win one or two SBs will get consideration. But by this shaky logic Payton would not be considered because he could not win one without Brees, etc.

Exactly, and Mike Trout isn't in the top 30 of all time. Look at his stats. Especially look at his stats in the last 6 seasons. He's the most overrated athlete to ever put on a uniform in any sport at any level. Even his hometown Phillies didn't want him. They wanted Harrison Bader before him which is hilarious

11 seasons as a head coach without Brady on his roster, and 9 were losing seasons. This is why he's not in the Hall of Fame. He got exposed! Just like Nick Saban got exposed when he went to Miami. He got fired, he actually quit, so we could go back to college where he could hand pick his 5- star recruits at every position. I know, I know, everyone thinks Nick Saban is great. So why did he get fired in Miami?

* Belichick is an old White man.
* Belichick was once a Trump supporter so , hence he is a racist.
* Belichick has a 24 year old sugar baby. Ticked off the women voters in spite of what they say now in the media. Voting is done with secret ballots.
* Rumors this anti Belichick vote is led by Robert Kraft who despises Belichick in spite of their success together. Whitlock said that Kraft will be inducted into the HOF this year and doesn't want to share the glory with Hoody.
