I disagree about Robert Horry. I’m gonna assume he was highly coveted. He didn’t just get lucky being on all those champion teams. It was deigned that way cuz he was a proven performer. He played a big role. Not as big as the main guys but he made plays.

The Hall of Fame of anything is a joke. If you look at the Baseball Hall of Fame, the Football Hall of Fame, the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, etc... It's just a long list of terrible writers with incredibly biased takes.
You can say what you want about Bill Belichick's legacy being somewhat tainted by Tom Brady winning elsewhere, but the reason why the Pats won those 6 Superbowls was because Tom Brady and Belichick are both unquestionable Hall of Famers.
The amount of smart trades Belichick made to go and get a deep roster of 2nd round and 3rd round steals shows his quality. No one was doing that before. He changed the way teams look at draft picks and the way they build their teams. People forget early in his career, Tom Brady was just an above average QB who was clutch in the playoffs. He wasn't even the best player on some of those teams and in several playoff games he got carried by his defense.
He wasn't the same player we think of him today until he reached his 30's. Belichick won those first couple superbowls way more than Tom Brady did. Tom Brady didn't have an MVP till he turned 30. He didn't have a QB rating over 93 until he turned 30. He didn't throw more than 28 touchdown passes in a season until he turned 30. But they won 3 super bowls before then, and Billichick was the biggest reason.
