Maybe if they had been able to beat the Raiders (at home), and the Chiefs and Browns on the road, they would have earned their way into the playoffs. They didn't deserve to be in losing to those shit teams and had they gotten in, they would be home watching by now, like they have been the last 2 weeks. Nice Defense!

I was disappointed that the Steelers did not make the playoffs but they did not deserve to be in there.  With those four straight losses to inferior teams in the middle of the season they blew it big-time.  Yes, they do make the playoffs more exciting.  Maybe next year.  These pretenders that got in there (Ravens, Jets) will prove boring and dull (IMO).  Yes, I took the Jets in here before, I have now changed my mind.  Too bad the line went back up half a point, will buy down to seven but think the Chargers will handle them well.  And I despise SD and their coach.  Good luck on your plays.

Yes, and they wouldn't suck if they were in there because the Steeler Nation would be entertained(really does anyone else matter?) and the fans in all the other loser cities could root for them to lose. Playoffs would be better than this pile of crap we are watching now............

Yeah let's just put the Pats, Colts, Chargers, Steelers, Cowboys, Giants into the playoffs every single season because that's who the public wants to see.

i couldnt care less if pitt is in the playoffs....i care as much about watching them as any other 30 teams....only 1 team that matters more....and it aint the steelers....i think the past 2 weekends of football have been dope

Well if that's the case then maybe they should have won more games so they would have qualified. As for now they are sitting back with the rest of the (as you put it) loser teams watching teams that have earned the right to be playing at this time of the season. Maybe the Steelers should just leave the NFL, travel the country with thier trophies and play semi-pro teams they can whip up on. They could be a football version of the Harlem Globetrotters so the Steelers would never lose again and would always be able to flash a trophy after beating a team from Hicktown, USA or Urbantown, USA. That way Steelers fans would always be able to brag that they are winners every game of every year. Sound like a play. They should call the Globetrotters and look into making it happen.
