    1. Someone mentioned that Rodgers is doing to more with less. Same thing can be said for Brady, particularly this year. One of his TEs is in legal trouble and the other one is injured for most part of the season. They let one of his favorite target, Walker to walk literally. His best receiver was Elderman(sp), ouch! Aside from Moss9not at his very best), he never really had a legitimate #1 receiver in his career. Because of the way the Pats operate, he constantly has to work with different receivers year after year.

    2. Rodgers finally has a great RB-- Aside from Martin in Brady's early career, I don't remember how awesome his RBs were.

AGAIN, I don't expect you to understand but REST ASSURED you will be the first one to point out the same points if your team is the Patriots instead of the Packers, no?? I have other facts ,too but it just seems pointless to you anyway.

When Rodgers has a 74 qbr with 55% comp % on a 5.9yd average, I will start making excuses for him.....since that never will happen I guess I wont have to worry about it seeing besides Nelson last couple weeks nobody played more than 2yrs in the league for GB on the outside

You made excuses(your words) for Rodgers every year that they didn't win the big one so what's your point? He's one of the best and it shouldn't be put all on him. However, you don't have the slightest problem doing to the other elite QBs, though.

NE leads the league in dropped passes while only two teams(Oak and Sea) have less than GB. I wonder why only the comp% or qbr were brought up, hmm...? My point is once you get into the very selected few, it becomes very subjective and arguments can be made for them. Therefore, I stand by my comments.

I made excuses for 1 game, the Giants playoff game, and it had nothing to do with Rodgers.  They didnt win the "Big Game" because of the defense, nothing to do with Rodgers...

What has Brady won since SPYGATE????  NOTHING

Colts won the Super Bowl with a defense that let up 100+ yards a game rushing. That's the first and last time that happened. There are over 50 people on a football team but if Raheem Moore falls asleep and denver loses in the first round Peyton manning is a choke artist? If john fox"s conservative play calling gives Baltimore the ball back I guess Peyton choked. If Jim Caldwell calls a timeout for the NYJ as time expires and they hit a FG for the win I guess Peyton manning chokes. If the colts defense couldn't stop a parked car but Peyton manning comes back after being down 21-3 against NE on the road in the afc championship game I guess thAts just average.

What has Brady won since SPYGATE????  NOTHING

You can argue that for Rodgers but I also can argue if the Giants' receiver didn't make that circus catch, Brady would have won his 4th ring.

I certainly don't see it that way but based on your logic: What has Rodgers won since (insert the year) NOTHING!

Your examples and mine are either factually correct or how the person interpret the numbers..

See, it's rather easy to play this type of "game". Bottom line: I don't NEED to be right since I really don't think it has a definite answer to the subject unless the parameters are set really narrowly. My observation comes from how fans are biased and it's just the nature of it. At no point did I claim Brady is better than Rodgers this year. What you perceived as a jab at Rodgers actually has absolutely nothing to do with it.

You CLEARLY have not been watching the NFL.

I take nothing away from Brady's career. He is a beast.

But he is not in the top 3...........THIS YEAR.

If I were starting a team today..........RODGERS is my pick.

You didn't understand what I wrote.  I was saying he was far from the best.  Meaning he has not been very good this year.  I think we agree on the same thing here.

If Cutler didn't keep getting hurt he would be the best......
Hopefully that got you all laughing.  Having this argument doesn't really mean a whole lot.  Rodgers is great, Manning is great and Brady has been great other than this year.  Lets move on to who's going to cover tonight.  ;)

Crosby can't hit the long FGs anymore.  Expect the Packers to go for it when the try is over 50 yards often this season.

Cutler has all the tools physically but I am not so sure he will ever get there mentally. He seems to have a problem playing under pressure or worse yet, even "perceived" pressure. His footwork is horrible.

To each their own I guess...Brady and his offense put up I believe 14 and 17 points in their last two superbowls

GB won their last superbowl because of Rodgers insane run in the playoffs that year...

If GB had any defense each of the last two years (losing to the Giants and then SF) they very easily could have won more.  They have a solid young defense now, they could go on a long run...

Do I think Rodgers is the best right now???  Of course I do...4 years ago I would say Manning....today Rodgers no doubt!

Brees is a great passer, but they throw 50 times a game and he doesnt run...Manning is the best QB I have seen play but they have 4 studs on the outside now.

Rodgers does everything.  No other QB in the league has every tool.  He has the arm for the deep ball, accuracy for every throw possible, he can run for 1st downs and he throws the best back shoulder ball in the game.

I think and have always thought Brady is a fraud.  The guy throws 4yd check-downs dow the field every game besides having Moss.  the Pats have done garbage since SPYGATE and getting caught cheating taping other teams in the playoffs.

The numbers Manning is putting up this year are incredible, but they throw 80% of the time (yes, I know know not that much) but he has 3 or 4 probowl type WRs right now so its not hard.

No QB has had the 'total package' like Rodgers is right now.  If their defense can play above average the next 5 years, no reason he doesnt win atleast 2 more rings.
