yes. i read it. i know one thing for sure. seeing it over the years of handicapping. the only sure system is that there is no sure system. vegas are shuffling everything by themselves so there will not be no smart a$$e$ like us figuring the pattern. so what we have left is the pattern of vegas itself" if something becomes a pattern - stop it. look at the last week, most ats imbalances began to straighten out but not all of them. so, as long the system the pointrator invented will bring in more winners than the losers - that is fine. and so are we. the key was always and so will stay our own ability to manage our demons and money whilst the later must be looked as if it was the catharsis itself of the sports betting world

Hey phixer( to continue the who) I really want to know, I really want to know, betting against the pack this week is a wise pick. Maybe 5 units. If they cover they have the following week bye, then they travel to mile high to face the broncos on a Monday night game which of course you pound maybe 20 units. Any thoughts?

i don't know if packs will cover this week double digits or even 9.5. but if they do - there will be no point in vegas eyes to have the broncos cover or opposite. that game i really expect to be a real football because you will plenty on both sides and it will eventually offset the money as well. i wish all sports would be like broncos vs packers. when equally formatted teams play each other - my strategy is off. the strategy work when you're supposed to expect something, the whole week the espn pounds into your head one thing and happens another. when the touts in unison are backing one side and the other side wins. packs at mile high is a real football as i said and i believe the best team will win and cover as well as the line i expect won't be over a fg

SO GB WINS, NO PROB! BUT IT IS BECAUSE OF THESE TYPE OF THOUGHT PROCESSES THAT THIS LINE WILL CONTINUE TO CLIMB & SD WILL COVER THE DD#
GB has covered every big spread they've faced so far and it is only smoke and mirrors that make people think that SD is even an average team. SD could easily be 0-5 right now.
GB will have a TD on special teams or defense and Rivers will get sacked 6 times this game. Yes the line will rise as Vegas is begging people to bet on Rivers. And those people will be burning money this week just like those who bet on Dallas last week.

Under is 11-0 for the Chargers from 2012 when they threw 300 yards or more the week before.. Like the under as well as 50 seems reachable with these 2 teams but like you said, I think the GB defense may get to Rivers a fair few times and the Packers defense is highly under-rated.

Sam Bradford threw 2 endzone pics against the saints secondary in the first half that were "his" fault, not the play of the D. The saints secondary leads the league in most deep balls allowed against. A defense is only as good as their back end...
Im convinced the line is so low because of Julio Jones. I don't think he's going to play on a bad hammy, on a short week. And let's not forget the man has plates and screws in his foot. That type of thing may lead to other nagging ailements, perhaps the hammy is one.
Feels like the books are prepared to take in ATL money w/ open arms...
BOL THIS WEEK
P.S. I'm taking dolphins ML this week w/ out looking at a single stat or trend
If you have any thoughts...or we all just stay hush hush on this one till kick off

The Packers are due for a loss ats but to me I just can't bet against GB at home, and definetly not against a crappy Chargers team with sucha a terrible O-Line, the good news for them is that it won't be an early game.
The last 2 games Packers covered 9.5 point spreads with less than stellar games from Rodgers, he's also due for a big game. Think I'm staying away from this one or Packers on a teaser.
And about the TNF game I don't know what to think about Atlanta, Julio Jones might be out and I don't know when will Freeman come back to earth. The defense definitely looks good.
I usually take the home team receiving points on divisional games and pretty much on every TNF SNF MNF the dog has at least covered if not won SU (not a single favorite has covered yet in TNF 0-3 with 2 pushes on NE week 1 and Ravens week4). Will vegas finally throw a bone?

I've always hated the Who's drunken sop of a song "Who Are You." I much prefer "Bargain." You know, "the best I ever had." I read your threads, phixer, looking for that good bargain. Keep up the fine work you do.

Gimme the Saints +3.5 in primetime at home. I don't believe in Atlanta and that was backed up by the Washington game plus on rivalry games, throw the spread out the window. Saints win straight up
