chi or sf -7?

over or under? 

What I do know is that if the total is super big, take the over and if it is super small, take the under.

So I'm on the under for the MNF.

I do noticed that too, when the over/under line is super low, and everyone slamming the over, it usually turns out low! I think playing under 36.5 maybe best play.. but i tease it to 42.5 just in case
