On Public % don't worry too much unless they more than 66% on 1 side. Like tonight game even with 58% on Chi it's not strong enough to move the line and with House charge 10% juice already on the game they very much end up nothing to lost for the house with the % close + Juice.
Right now people go to work and not betting at much. The line will move move when it closer to game time. with all the public get home from work and get ready to gamble
