So I make an account, and immediately place a NBA bet, and i win. cool. So i call and ask how i can get my money. they said either cashiers check, money gram, or bitcoin. I asked whats the fastest and they said bitcoin is, so i make a "coinbase" account (where they will transfer my money/bitcoin into). So i initiate a payout using bitcoin and it says it will be processed within 24-48 hours. 24 hours goes buy and i call and ask how much longer, and then they say it wont transfer until you send us 1) picture of my I.D 2) a picture of my debit card 3) picture of a utility bill or bank statement and 4) a form they wanted me to fill out. so i go ahead and do all of this. i get a response saying that they will look over my information i sent them and let me know if they can successfully transfer my money. 30 minutes goes by i get an email and it says everything is successful and the transfer is being processed and i should see it in my account within 24-48 hours. The following day, maybe about 15 hours later, i see a good game on and i want to place a bet, so i try and deposit money, a message pops up saying that i cant deposit money at the moment because i have a pending payout... WTF what does it have to do with each other? so my pending payout amount was $450, and i really wanted to make this bet. So i just placed the bet for $400 dollars hoping it'll use my pending payout. And yes! it worked, i got a confirmation that my wager was put into play. i even took a screen shot. The game ends and i win. so now my account balance is at $794, and i try to sign on to 5dimes and a message apears saying "You do not have permission to enter this feature." im not sure whats going on, but this is honestly messed up. Now i don't know what to do. Any suggestions? thanks in advance.

I get it that you want your money but maybe 5Dimes customer service has better things to do than illegally transfer your money back and forth all day.
Try to limit your transfers to one a month and try not to be with money that is being transferred and try to be a little more patient and you may have a better experience.

After being a 5dimes guy for years, I've heard a lot of bad stories lately that scared me enough to move to another book.
I finally went to Bovada a few weeks. Yeah, their lines suck (I play dogs mostly though, so it's good for me) but they are in Canada and you know they will pay every single time.
