I think the majority of people were on the Pats.  I don't trust any numbers unless they're officially announced by someone in Vegas.

they got fucking killed on that money line as over 80% of ML action was on the Gints.  Futures????  Please, they are 1/10 of 1% of the bet on the game....

Who says 70% were on the Giants?  I didn't buy it when people said it and don't buy it now.  They will report this week and we'll see they probably had fairly balanced action if not more on the Pats.

every local bookie i talked to except one had
almost entirely if not all money on the pats !!!!!!!!

First of all, they cleaned house on prop bets, people betting the over, and people betting teasers.

Secondly, there was a lot of money on the Giants but also a lot on the Pats.

Third, even when they lose, they win, because when gamblers win big t only makes them gamble more and at higher stakes.

and bodog had the line sitting at 11.5 for most of the day that i saw
and they are big at getting heavy favorite action
looks like they knew what they were doing by
baiting all those ne bettors

sports betting is probably not even 5% of the take
in vegas compared to the slots, tables, etc.
 
they can care less about sports in the long run
they make their money elsewhere
