Just don't like backing a bad team, but may have to here. the bears are not 9 point favs over anyone but maybe the Jags and Rams

I just still do not thing the Bears Defense is as bad as it has been playing. I Eli is good but he has not been playing good this year

This is absolutely the most absurd two statements I've ever read on covers. So the Bears defense is not as bad as it has been playing.....and Eli is good, but hasn't been playing well this year.

You are saying the same things about both the Bears defense and Eli. Can you not see this?????????????

Eli has NO RUN game behind him....And no i have seen worse on covers....Eli can NOT beat the bears by himself....The bears shut down a top team for 3 quarters with two turnovers. And when they finally clicked it was too late. Am i wrong?

I am a die hard Giants fan. For the most part I feel I have a good read on this team.

I have bet against them every week with my biggest bet of the year last week.

This week, if I HAD to bet I would take the Bears at -7. But as jmw says they ARE going to break out of this soon, and this is the first week I would back off a little.

We have an atrocious OL, Wilson is out, Webster is out, our Dbacks are horrible (except Prince) we get no pressure on the QB.

With all that said, this is either a pass or small bet on Bears, even better look at the over.

I know the Giants have a terrible OL this year but the Bears DL is looking very bad especially with all the injuries. They just lost their 3rd DT. Tillman and Bennett are also game time decisions so that could hurt as well.

Like I said before, the Bears haven't been looking great and I'm not sure they cover but they should still win the game.

They also were luck boxes when they beat Cincy and MN AT HOME.

Works both ways.

The way I see this game is. Both teams need a win. Chicago has lost 2 straight, NY 5 Straight. Spread is anywhere from 7 - 9, unless you teased either way. Is NY 7-9 points worse than the Bears. I don't think so. Has anyone heard if there are management issues or coach player issues on the NY team? I have not heard anything. Since both teams need this win, I think the Bears win by 3-7. The saying is buy low/sell high. The Giants are as low as you can go. Your getting 7-9 points as compensation. This is a tv game as well. Covers is predicting the Bears win 30-28. Sounds reasonable based on the stats.
