Give Me Your Suprise Teams This Year

As we all know the nfl season can be unpredictable. Teams that weren't supposed to do much squeak into the playoffs and raise eyebrows but on the flip side teams that have high expectations flop. Give me your teams that will be a suprise whether it is good or bad.

Mine suprise teams are

Tennessee; Dallas (just because they will advance farher than Philly in the playoffs); Indy (miss the playoffs); Saints (miss playoffs)

NO real surprises to think about too many teams had coaching changes and unstable all over field !

I like the JETS to win it all this year ! Expect same results of all superbowl losers to follow my fav team Steelers !

 

and Ravens win that DIV easyily !

CHIEFS i expect to make noise again reast of AFC west is a joke !

Eagles same ol same ol Young is no good anymore last two years never finished season

I know many will probably mention Detroit, so I'll go with the St Louis Rams.  Think they have a great shot to win that weak division.

I think the Ravens might just miss the playoffs

I think the Giants will be in last place.

The over/under is 9 1/2    thats insane   5 - 11

They need to fix the center spot, tight end, wide receiver, defensive line with OSI holding out and Coughlin is just not liked by his players.

Flacco is a overrated and his production drops when it comes to the playoffs....they won't win a title with him.

Future bets are so difficult to predict what teams will do what, thats why I dont  much much on them but here are my surprise teams:

Panthers: I think they will surprise everyone this season. Im not saying they will win their division or make the playoffs but they will win at least 5 games. They added some nice talent on this team & with the addition of Cam Newton, who will surprise alot of people as well. (6-10)

Rams: They have a very good chance to win their division. Everything starts with a good qb & that they do have in Bradford. (9-7)

Everyone has the Eagles winning the super bowl. I definitely see them making the playoffs but they wont win the whole thing. (12-4)


My super longshot are the *Jaguars* to win the AFC, LoL. The Colts are on their way out but they still may win their division, grr............

The teams that I think are on the way down are as follows:

Titans: They have a first year coach that is coming in after Fisher had one of the longest tenures as a HC. This team has lots of questions to be answered & Fisher leaving this team tells me they are in bad shape. (5-11)

Miami: Miami will play the Pats tough in week 1 but eventually their true colors will show. There were rumors they were looking to bring in Mr. Favre, the ancient gun slinger. When you are looking at those avenues, it means you're desperate & that spells no good. (6-10)


Bengals: What is it with owners that think they know whats best for the team. So instead of trading C. Palmer & getting some trade dollars & what not, lets sit him on the bench & retire him because the owner has an ego. Then lets trade one of our top receivers to the Patriots. This kind of stuff will sting this franchise badly this year. (3-13)


Bears: The Bears had a negative image with Cutler going into last season but played surprisingly good ball to everyones surprise & finished with a (12-6) record almost making to the big game. I see a drop off from Cutlers performance last year & see this team finishing this coming season about (9-7)

I think hes under rated. I think Kevin Kolb is an over rated qb that will get a chance to prove himself.

Giants will not be that bad LRM, u are biased

Their schedule is tough though, 10-6 or 11-5

Minnesota vikings make the playoffs.

Dallas will win the nfc east 12-4

Saints will reclaim their division and make a superbowl run.

NFC west will have a team over .500 and it will be the Cardinals... maybe

Chargers will have start the season with multiple wins and have homefield advantage for the playoffs.

Cleveland will be in contention for the division until the completely shit the bed weeks 13-17

only team with a chance to win the colts division is the texans and they need another year... or ten

Kolb is still unproven...he's only had 7 total starts in his 4 year career.  It will be interesting to see how he performs in AZ.

Houston, but maybe not until they hit stride mid-season, installing a new system on defense could be some kinks to work out early in season.

And as far as ATS, with their style of play they should be in a lot of games decided by larger margins, won't mind even laying a couple of points with them at home if situation calls for it.

STL in divisional games

SEA in the right spots (home dog, Qwest Field HFA)

DET could be a good ML dog in right spots

Probably others but am high as fuck right now

Jets might not be a surprise, since they played the AFC Championship game last year.But i like them, Packers and Falcons, it's still too early though.

49ers. So much of them was expected of them last few years. Everyone counting them out. I think they contend for NFC west if not win it.I I dont think could get past 1st playoff round due to QB inefficiencies though.

Seattle.. laying low in the NW, they will challenge for the division again vs the Arizona Cards (who are my other pick).

Texans, Lions and Bucs.

I think one of these teams will make the playoffs.

I also agree that the Ravens will miss the playoffs.
They lost Todd Heap TE and Derrick Mason WR.
They are making bad moves like the Raiders.

These following teams will be surprised in this season ; IMO...

1. Detroit
2. Oakland
3. Denver
4. Cleveland
5. St. Louise

Mark my word!...One of these teams will be in playoff 2011-12.

Houston appears to be a team that needs a lucky bounce here or there.

They get that they will be in the playoff hunt
