This will be an interesting game most certainly. Normally I would back the Ravens here with utmost confidence on a primetime in their all-black uni's, but I have a feeling this game will come down to a 1 possession game so I could see the final score being anywhere from 3 to 7 pts the line feels like its right where it should be. I would have posted a play during the middle of the week, but I am still trying to gauge how much some of the injuries on defense will impact the Ravens performance tonight. Kyle Van Noy being out made me feel slightly hesitant on playing the Ravens, but not necessarily a deal-breaker. However, losing Madubuike for this game is huge he is a disrupter on the inside, hadn't missed game for the past 2.5 seasons. Losing both players in tandem, will definitely have an effect on the Ravens pass rush tonight, effectively their top 1 and 2 pass rushers last couple seasons. Last time Madubuike missed a game was in 2023 and the Ravens lost at home to the Bills 20-23. Ravens have some promising young rookie pass rushers waiting in the wings to be developed, but asking them to replicate Madubuike and Van Noy's prescence and production is a huge ask. I'm still not confident that the secondary has been whipped back into shape yet. Browns offense is abysmal and didnt pose much of a challenge for the Ravens secondary, but its a different ball game with the Lions, so i expect the Ravens secondary to give up close to 300 yards tonight against Jared Goff, presumably if he is not getting pressured enough. Lion's lost some vets on the O-line and it had an effect when they played the Packers. If Ravens can't effectively pass rush Goff it's going to be a long night for the defense like it was for the Bears. I don't expect them to put up 50+ but 30 sounds realistic. If the Ravens D somehow perform better than expected than we're looking at mid-20's for the Lions.
continuing my thoughts later, maybe i will have a pick not sure yet

I'll be writing up on this I can't get to my previous posts and about to board an airplane but for years I've had a pulse on the Ravens. Lamar is 6-1 vs Detroit, 4-1 vs Goff, is 7-2 on MNF and 7-2 ATS on MNF. He also has 20 TDs to ZERO INT's. Oh, and he's 24-4 against the NFC.
The Lions have consistently beaten up on the Bears so I don't see last weeks' game as a barometer of where they currently are. I think they will have a hard time keeping up tonight.

Thats a lot of words for no pick. Not confident huh? Probably best you dont bet then. I'm very confident. Jackson 24-2 s/u vs NFC, 4-0 vs nfc north. 7-2 on MNF with like 18 TDs 0 INTs 124 qbr.
I will be pounding Ravens ML -210 and hopefully lions score first and I can get a good line under -210.
I know you like 90% bet underdogs only, but why handicap yourself like that? It already hard to win, and now you eliminate 50% of potential plays because they arnt underdogs. Pretty square if you ask me.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I too have a good pulse on this team but 0-2 so far with them this season. Noticed a typo but Im sure you meant Ravens are 6-1, I don't think Lamar has played the Lions every year since he been in the league lol but yes I'm certainly aware of Lamar's dominance against NFC opponents in the regular season. Goff has a pretty similar record on MNF I think 7-3 SUATS as well. He has a rough history against Ravens indeed. If Ravens were healthy with Ricard, Likely, Beeks, and KVN they beat Lions by double digits. Lions offense similar to Bills I think they will put up points. I don't feel like the defense is where it should be quite yet.

Nothing wrong with discussing the game especially with a team im very passionate about , this info may be pertinent to you as far as how the game may play out. If you are very confident then why not take the Ravens -4.5 ?
I've made a killing betting underdogs and have done so for quite a long while.

Might as well stick with what works for you. If you don't like DET, there is no harm with passing on the game and just rooting for your favorite team.
Good luck tonight.

True Lions QB can't move but may not matter if Ravens pass rush can't get to him. Going to be interesting test for Lions O-line vs short handed defensive front.
@DogbiteWilliams
debating whether the Ravens will win by 3, 4 6 or 7 pts tonight. Still looking into it

Playing these for fun, not counting it toward my record
DeAndre Hopkins first TD score +2000
Devontez Walker first TD score +4000
Walker feels like Lamar's favorite RedZone target. Maybe he will give him an early gift this time. Hopkins too has been Lamar's favorite deep splash play receiver. Hopkins has been a pleasant pickup. Cashed out +3500 and rebuy at +4000

100% this. If you don't feel strongly about a play on MNF, don't bet just to bet. That's how a lot of people (myself included) get burned. It's no different than liking something on Sunday at 1PM that doesn't work out and then chasing at 4PM or SNF if you didn't like any of those games when you were looking at the slate before any of the games actually started.
