Coach of the Year? I don't think so.
@Michigan_D
of course they did...every square loved the Lions here....I knew Pack had a chance to win outright but instead take Love over 32.5 attempt and because the game was in hand he hardly throws the ball in the 4th and lands on 32

Hell no! I didn't take the Lions. Not the way their D has played lately. In fact, I made a small play on GB moneyline +350. You'll rarely catch me laying 8 points in the NFL.
The Lions are not serious contenders, yet. Maybe next year, but I see an early playoff exit this season.

I'm originally from Detroit (living in Vegas since 1980). No team in Detroit in my lifetime (71 years) has been as big a disappointment as the Lions. I wouldn't be surprised if they lose at least 3 more games (2 vs the Vikings and 1 vs Dallas). Their remaining schedule is Denver & Minnesota at home, Saints, Bears, Cowboys, and Minnesota on the road.
They have ZERO pass rush. O-Line is hurting. Goff has no mobility and no hands. Teams pressure him it's either a fumble, pick, or just a throw away pass.
If they miss the playoffs after an 8-2 start, I wouldn't be surprised if we see a new head coach, and might be Johnson the OC.
