When Bator, Polar Bear, and the Claw reside on one thread, it shall be a good thread.
Will it be hard for SF to beat Seattle 3 times in a season? I don't think so. Covering the spread is another story.
Sharp groups took Seattle at 10. Whether they are right is another story as well.

I used to have the exact numbers and they are definitely on several of my old posts somewhere on this site….
Teams that won the first two matchups hit something like 70% on the third matchup as well.
it is a complete myth that it is difficult to beat a team three times in one season. The only difficult feat is actually facing a team 3 times in a single season.
Historically speaking, if a team has beaten a team twice and faces them a third time in the playoffs, they are likely to win again.

As a fan of the Seahawks, I'm sure that you are glad they made it to the playoffs. If I were one, I'd be there right with you.
The reality is, they almost lost to the Rams and Baker Mayfield. The questionable ref call was big in that one.
As a fan of football, man am I disappointed that the Lions didn't get in. They are 6th best by weighted dvoa, and finished their season on a hot 8-2 streak.
Instead we get a handful of shitty teams in the playoffs that include the Seahawks. On top of it, their injury list is extra long.
Also, the shittiest 2 teams of that list are probably the division winning Vikings and Bucs. But that's football.

Considering Seattle's RSW total was set @ 5.5, yeah, it's a great accomplishment. But it felt kind of dirty watching the Lions pull off the upset vs. GB to get the Seahawks into the playoffs. No one is gonna apologize for it as they've been on the other side of that in their history, but yeah, the Lions deserved a playoff spot.

Not sure how accurate those closing lines are but 12-6 SU, 9-9 ATS for the home team with the 2-0 edge in the season series. The number is right where it should be. Got the Niners winning anywhere by 10-14 pts.

From what I've seen on YouTube some very sharp groups are on the Seahawks driving the line down
Also saw 9ers gave up the most 50 yd pass plays this year of any team
They gave up more then they did the past 2 years combined.
Will Geno and Metcalf hookup for some big gains ?
Very possible based on the info if correct, I assume it is, if it's posted on YouTube we know it's got to be correct.

TALANOA HUFANGA is a good strong safety with a real nose for the ball, and is great playing around the line of scrimmage. But, he has been caught peeking into the backfield multiple times this year, and susceptible in letting receivers get behind him.
Play action could be key for the Hawks
