They are decent.  12th in WAR at 1.4 and 17th in Blown Pass Blocks 3.14%.

Maybe they could shore it up. 

He just needs upgrades in personnel all over.  Need to get more than just Keenan Allen.  

Time for a new RB also -- Caleb Williams cannot continue to be their best RB also.

So, you can still 'judge' him by what he has.

Ok Stephen A. “Not Him” you’re so corny man. It’s his first year. Josh Allen was horrible in his first year too and everyone thought he was a bust. You never know how player will develop.
