&#xA; &#xA;no OLine. weak RB. no WRs. no coaching staff (a few got fired). the team is just a mess.  much like Cle, they need to strengthen their OLine significantly and draft or sign some great WRs.  it&#x27;s no guarantee (see Vikings) but without it you have no chance with a n00b QB
