I probably know why this happened.
Local banks rarely do international bank wires and invariably fuck it up. I would be willing to lay 100-1 that the bank didnt put the special instructions on the wire.
If you want to attempt it again, I can tell you exactly how to make sure it happens right. Before I write a 500 word post, just verify that you want to do it again....

Van,
Sure thanks, just for future deposit.I was thinking transfering from Bookmaker to Matchbook for $200 fee, they do offer that option.Bankwire to Bookmaker happens instantly, available the next day.Anyhow, I will miss betting the Colts game for a large sum of money.

I think the special instructions was missing Matchbook(I wrote only the account number), causing the rejection. But I called MB and they said it was fine. Anyway, Thanks for your work as always.

So to break down the info:
1. Domestic Receiving Bank: your local bank will provide this info, most likely JPMChase, Citibank, or AOB.
2. Benficiary Bank: Lloyds XXX, London, IBAN GBXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
3. Beneficiary: AOB, account # 11-XXXX-31
4. Special Instructions: MB Client Account 1223XXXX
If you get that right, your wire will go through every time.

This EXACT thing happened to me TWICE.
If it say MB but doesnt have the account number - AOB SENDS IT BACK.
Imagine if you sent funds to Tim Smith at Citibank with no account number.
I actually called AOB on the phone and spoke to them about this, if it doesnt have BOTH "MB" and the account number, they reverse the wire....

Yes, I would have to switch to Wsex for parlay.Orignally I was thinking all in for Colts ML at MB.This is about the only week a Colts game would not be a toss up game.
