Always look forward to cappers who at least provide some analysis and insight on their picks... also like the fact that you can break down and explain some logic. I'll never blindly follow anyone as I cap my own games as well but love hearing other insights, views, and angles. This is what this forum is about.

Terrible, terrible board tonight. Lots of tough games, but nobody said this would be easy.
I'm taking Toronto +3.5 (try and buy-up to 4 if you can).
This is another game I feel should be a pick'em. Two tough teams when they want to be, but the Raptors are a little more consistent as far as effort is concerned. Slightly better rebounders, slightly better defensively, but of course, BK has been hot lately, and they're at home.
I like someone on the Raptors getting hot (Ross maybe?) and sustaining the scoring load, and hopefully they show up effortwise.
Favorites might easily roll tonight, but I think they're the dog with the best chance.
Again, Raptors 3.5 is the play in this situation.

Brooklyn has been playing much better defense lately..... I honestly have no idea how this game would go. Lean on angle is for Brooklyn for one big reason is that NBA teams usually adjust very well after they played that team before. I also think they will feel relieved now and play without any pressure now that the whole boston thing is done with and out of the way. Just a lean.... also going with i think is the only other team besides Indy that can beat Miami in the playoffs, lotta talent starting to mesh. Crappy day for games overall.

I'm still not impressed whatsoever with Toronto. Reeks of a fraudulent team. They're very lucky to have covered let alone won.
Thing with Toronto is their youth and athleticism. If Brooklyn is fatigued in the late season, anything can happen, but Brooklyn is the better team on paper for sure.

AH man, I'm sorry, didn't think anybody would reply. Very, very late, but looking at the numbers it indicated big-time deflation on the Miami side. Miami shouldn't have even been favored by more than 2.5.
Before the game opened, I had a line of -2.5 in my head, when I saw it was 4, I initially figured that would be too much, and the numbers themselves actually indicated that OKC should be laying the 2.5, not the other way around.
These aren't necessarily guarantees of anything either way, but these discrepancies help me isolate which number has the most value.
Numbers aside, I love the way OKC has been playing lately. I'd be the first to call them frauds, but they've been playing big time basketball lately, and I just feel that this is Durant's year. He might be playing for the MVP award tonight.
