Texan1948 Season Long NBA thread - 65% winning guaranteed!

This thread will be active from today to the last game of the season.
I'll post REAL $ amounts for each play. Will track every play and every stat. And the goal is simple - 65% winning.

Regular play: 100$
Big plays: 100$-500$
"Play of the year" type of plays: 500$ to 1000$

Team prop bets:
Dallas Mavericks Over 50 wins
New York Knicks Under 41 wins
Indiana Pacers Over 33 Wins

I'll never make excuses and will never lie. I welcome everyone to write whatever they want. I'll make money. And a lot.

It is impossible to hit 65% of your plays over a long stretch of time.  No capper in the World is hitting 65%.

My best record for NBA (12-13 season with 35 pages thread posted here) is nearly 60% and it was amazing year... most of the people here remember my long thread which was killer.

ATS: 95 - 65 = 59.4 %
O/U: 59 - 46 = 56.2 %
Overall: 154 - 111 = 58.1 %


And these numbers my friend are just incredible and maybe unreachable for me again and 95% of the bettors in the world for whole NBA season... I just can't see how you can hit 65 % with more than 100 plays per season. The variance is too big for such a goal. Be realist and make the thread goal 60%... still hard but not impossible. I got 10 dimes says you don't make it to the All Star Break, you better come thru with what you brag about cause I'm a Texan too and you'd be an embarrassment to all of us with this stupidity. GL man.

To CM the original thread is still there. Someone told me I should open a new one for the new season to have it nice and clean and I thought it's a great idea. So here we are.

First of all I don't bet thousends a day, I don't like rich, I live very well thnx to this. Why do I do this? I follow forums for years, I thought it'll be cool to see comments and reactions from people to what I do. and it feels go when you do well and people follow you and do well as well. So other than a small boot to my ego and a lot of doubters to prove wrong, there is nothing to it. :)
As far as impossible, it's more than possible, I did it many times in the past, but it is very hard. Takes hours of work each day. I put a lot into this, and I do well.

I hate to be a detractor but like many of you I've been betting for years and keep track of percentages. I find it hard to believe anyone can do much better than 60% over a full season in the NBA or any venue for that matter. The thing I find very curious (or downright insane) is that Tex claimed to hit 77% one NBA season.This really puts his credibility on the line. But, lets give him the benefit of the doubt and let the show begin. I believe thats 65% guaranteed!!!

I agree other than it being SAS home opener whats to like. They struggled during the preseason and have always been slow starters. Leonard is out which means there best perimeter defender is gone, which is good news for Parsons. Nowitzki will be able to be completely focused on the offensive end with Chandler now protecting the paint for the Mavs. And to top it off, don't you think the Mavs want some payback and want to play spoiler after last playoffs.....
