This stat is a little intimidating: the under is 13-0 in the last 7 years when 227.5 or higher in the second round. On the flip side 17/28 of the last game ones in the second round have went over the total (60%) in the last 7 years. Last year the Pacers were the most efficient offense in NBA history and this year the Cavs are the 2nd most efficient offensive team ever. If the under hits I’ll run this back most likely at better odds.
We just saw 4 closeout games/potential games in a row go over the total. That’s unusual imo and I think the under is due. GS was the best defensive team post all-star break and Houston should show regression from 3 after the last few games. This is a true game 7 elimination game and I think this young Houston team may stall out as the game goes on even if it pulls out a victory.
