You could say Poeltl not being there is a factor but looks to me like flat out tanking.

Tanking at home is an acceptable practice in today's NBA. Sometimes I prefer to just pick road teams.

Dumb fouls. The only questionable call was Vincent passing the ball literally out of bounds and no call was made.

They finally take a 3 point lead. Foul reaves again and turn it over on an offensive foul on the other end.
