Please Tell me some advice I lost almost Everything

I'm so frustrated 2013 was pretty good for me but 2014 It's horrible, I lost almost 2K Fuck this is killing me specially nba.
If I play Over= Under hits
If I play over HT = Under the Over FT
If  I Play favorites= Dogs cover
If I take the dog= Favorite win big

It's unreal I know we going throug bad streaks but this is too much

Sorry the poor english not my first language

What I do is fade myself.. hit a 3 team parlay tonite doing that...

yup ingame betting puts out some true gifts.  Totals especially.  Just check out the den/clipp game total, is 216 they had a very low 3rd qrt only need like 50 points in 4th and will go over.  Now that is easy money.

Don't chase (easier said than done i know), pick your spots and stay disciplined with your betting amounts.

Start playing games that at first look you dont think will win. example: tonights wizards game. Line seemed fishy take the side that doesnt look like will win. And also the pacers at home. Either 1st half or 2nd half is at 90% of going under. And they always play better secong half at home. Go back at look it up for this year. Hope this helps you get out of the hole!

Losing a lot in this sport is tough because it plays a huge impact on your psyche. You got to push past the thought of, if I bet faves, dogs hit, or if I bet dogs, faves hit mentality. That's a losing mentality. You're going to hit cold streaks and you're going to hit hot streaks. That's gambling. You just got to stay positive and keep grinding. It's hard to when you're losing money, I know, trust me.
