NBA Easter Sunday

Might not be around much tomorrow but have a couple early plays. OKC & Memphis have played 4 reg season gms & their 1st half totals have been 122 & 126 in OKC and 116 & 121 in Memphis. With no key guys out, give these 2 about a 85% shot of hitting which is good enough for me. Also OKC 1stH tm totals have been 63 & 76 at home and 61 & 69 in Memphis & may add that over when I can.

The closing totals in the four regular season matchups between the Grizzlies and the Thunder were 234, 245, 252.5, and 237.5, but for Game 1 the oddsmakers saw fit to post the total at just 226. Why? And are these two teams gonna be ready to engage in another instant track meet when the game tips off at noon local time?

 No idea, but I'd guess it being the playoffs & maybe the early start as a tiny additional factor is why it's set lower. Only playing the over 1stH & see it's gone up to 112 at 2 of my places. GL whatever you're on 

Now up to 113 & still a half hr before gametime....hopefully a good omen

That 1st half total reached 114 at some spots. It rose all morning from 111 and then the Grizzlies and Thunder came out and made only 6 of 18 threes in the 1st quarter.

Oh my goodness, the Memphis Grizzlies are some non-competitive bitches. They just got pounded by a 19-2 run in the first four minutes of the 2nd quarter. The rest of this game is garbage time.

The Thunder are 14-19 in the second quarter. The Grizzlies are totally demoralized and barely trying. This is the worst 1st half massacre I can recall ever seeing in the playoffs.

Memphis isn't going to cooperate for you today. When you cant hit 40 pts in a half you have no shot of being competitive. 

Yeah, the Grizz killed it. 33% & 2-18 from 3 didn't give it a shot. Debated about going with the OKC tt over or gm over 1stH & didn't work out. Fck it..

Go Rocks...set the tone in gm 1. Been looking forward to this 1. Classic battle of a no stars tm that's gritty, plays good D & is tough and tied together vs a championship franchise with 2 seasoned, clutch superstars & HOF'rs even if aging. Should be a dandy! GL to all Rockets & over backers
