Lakers losing the series will cost me a lot in series wagers. 95% of teams lose down 3-1. I have an option for 20% payout on a 5u play yuck. Need them to win at home on Wednesday for Hedge options. I like they have 2 days rest but are they checked out? Wolves might smell blood in the water. Any chance?

This was a big homer play. My gut was telling me it was always the Wolves. Lakers no rim protection, no bench, and LeBron’s just too old in the 4th. Luka can’t play defense and makes silly mistakes. Rant over. Antman showed up no doubt.

feel lucky they are offering anything most books do not offer a buyout when your down that much ..I got a prop of Detroit to win 2 games its not offering me any buyout at HardRock

@RUM151
I think at -500 Minnesota it’s kind of similar. $500 lay it get $100 back. $500 original wager cash out get $100 back. Laying $500 feels intimidating but it’s the same thing.
Had that Detroit series o5.5 games. No foul called sucked. Not sure Detroit can win next game at MSG. NYK hasn’t even played 1 game well all series imo. NYK ML would be the same as a cashout to hedge some of your bet and take a loss. May do so live late in game. Hope Detroit shows up.

I would think that LAL takes the next one to bring the series back to Minnesota for game 6. It’s a ratings nightmare for the NBA for Lakers, LeBron, and Luka to get knocked out in 5 games in the first round.
@Cupcaking
I agree only problem is I thought that last game and Wolves had more free throws and Lakers were not getting any calls.

Personally, I think they win the next two and I wouldn’t bet against them if they get to game 7. That being said, obviously this could end in game 6. Regardless, I think they’re certainly winning tomorrow.

I have G on the Wolves for the series and I was worried yesterday because I didn’t they were going to win that game - A favorable call against James really helped.

Gave it out yesterday as a parlay with Celtics. First leg already won. Could parlay with Celtics ML tomorrow (even odds). I’m going to feel like an a-hole if it wins and Celtics lose tomorrow.

That Houston game was crazy. Good game, but Houston makes a lot of mistakes. Jalen Green sucks lol. GS bench players step up no doubt. Houston needs to make free throws they’d be up in the series. Might be a spot to back them at home next.

That's a specific prop. But I can tell you most books you're actually better off putting cash down on a hedge rather than cashing out your original play. Told that to friends many times when they have 1 game left on parlays and want to hedge. Don't cash out, just bet the opposite line.
If they're not offering a cashout, often times it's because they're not offering that line anymore. So the computer doesn't know what to offer.
For example, if you look at alternate lines and you have +2.5, and the lowest line available is +3.5 at some high +1200 number or something, the +3.5 will get offered a cashout but the +2.5 won't.
In your case, I assume it's because the prop isn't available at all anymore.
