Clinic in Miami... Known steroid doctor had “LJ” on a list of clients that included other big name athletes... One of Lebron’s lawyers or assistants actually  WAS a client there.... But that story was never fully investigated. Convenient. But there is circumstantial evidence to support the theory.... anyone can check it out jus google lebron james steroids miami

LeBron is a client of Dr. John.  And THE LINE HAWK's secret informant.

They both know if LBJ is clean or dirty.

U know whats the most impressive stat about lebron? he has never got a serious injury. bullying his way to the rim and playing lots of mins and hes only getting better.

i have read about him being on hgh and its very interesting. when the nba anounced that they will be drug testing hgh lebron instantly dropped a lot of weight that pre season think that was when he was in miami.  would not be surprised if he was on something. hes hungry chasing mj and i can see him doing whatever it takes to try and pass mj. but google it and have a read.

he's already got a massive advantage over most men in the NBA just simply being 6'8'' 250lbs. add incredible skill, mental ability and 14 years of experience and you have a goat. stop being a fool, Lebron been doing this his whole life, dominating people. when he comes thru the lane its over, you dont try to stop him you just let him.

Let’s just say I know the health/fitness fields well and how they tie into high school/college sports. Here we goes my take: Even though the OP is a schmuck and most of what he says is nonsense, this particular claim that Lebron is and has been on HGH isn’t far from the reality. The give away is lebrons head. If you look at his brow and jaw, they are abnormally large; very similar to Barry Bonds back in the day. HGH is naturally produced in the body but once one enters their 30s, the production of it in the body reduces greatly. So for someone like lebron, HGH is the perfect fix. Not only does it promote more HGH, it oxygenates the blood to where he can go longer, go faster and he can RECOVER better/quicker. Sure the cryo chambers and oxygevtared sleep tanks help but these are more short term. The HGH is the key. The nice thing about HGH is that it can only be detected through blood as well so if lebron wanted to be on it, the NBA is a great place because they do not test for it. Listen, lebron is a freak of nature and he pays a lot of money to take care of his body but to totally denounce the changes in his brow and his jaw structure is crazy. If he didn’t have a beard, you could really see what I’m talking about. Also, when you look at his brow, it’s as if it overhangs his eyes because of the thickness. I can tell you that certain parts of the face change as the years progress in a person but the brow thickening and the jaw jetting out are not ones to do that naturally. If I had to take a guess as to if lebron uses HGH, I’d say with his line of work and how it can benefit him both short and long term and with the way his stature has changed over the last 10 years, I’d side with YES. Research it folks and you be the judge. For lebron, it’s all about recovery and there is no better route than HGH to get him that recovery. Ask yourself this: if they don’t test for it and you can be bigger, stronger, faster and receiver at a quicker rate than the normal person, wouldn’t you take it especially if it’s used in hospitals all throughout the world to assist patients with recovery and induction of organs, repair of muscle tissue/ligaments and tendons? I would!

Do you what he risks by going down that road?
He's one hell of a businessman and the risks far outweigh any reward to go on steroids.

Just go watch his rookie season, he was bullying grown men with his body way back then so why are you surprised he's still going strong at only 33 years of age?

Just look at his body from 2014 spurs finals to most recently...He is more defined and muscular and looks 10-151lbs heavier

his weight fluctuates but your talking about someone who wouldn't take much to bulk up when he hits the weights. He looks like he's done a lot of work on his shoulders and back in particular. His legs are pretty lean. I would have thought he'd pump up his thighs but it's obvious he does a hell of a lot of cardio and his workouts (Youtube) are intense

Look at Kobe's body type...Who was known to take care of his body etc...His body became more lanky less defined as he got older in his 30's....So LBJ is hitting the weights yet he is shooting the ball better -midrange/3 pointer shooting than he has his entire career this year.

To prolong his career by using is a no brainer. To say he faces long term risks is a bit far fetched though.  He has professionals monitoring everything so it’s not like he’s abusing. It’s all science folks and nowadays, whatever allows the edge.....people will try it. Call me even crazier here but I would bet the nba actually knows about it but because he equals ratings and revenue, they turn the cheek. It’s like Sosa and McGwire going through the home runs. You don’t think the league knew? Come on. You can argue that that year was the seed that allowed baseball to turn the corner. Money is money folks and rarely do see big industries and big names shy away from it even if it means jeopardizing the true integrity of the game.

There are two types of muscle fibers amigo. Fast twitch and slow twitch. To put weight on his legs would contradict his line of work.....fast twitch. If he had massive legs he would not last. Putting size on up top is smart because those muscles aren’t as big as the leg muscle groups. He knows the science behind what his goals are and there is no smarter athlete out there than Lebron. People underestimate his brain; he’s one of the smartest guys ever to play sports. He surrounds himself by the right people and because of it, he’s showing no real signs of slowing down.

Personally, I can tell right away if someone is on HGH. Steroids are a lot easier to call out with the acne but HGH is usually detected through the facial structure drastically changing. Lebron is definitely a candidate.
