Yes absolutely. Lakes, Spurs, Magic...even teams that didn't get upset, Celtic, Bulls.. will all give a more concerted effort. They HAVE to. Unfortunately, books know that, and they know that's how the public thinks and analyzes games. Expect those lines to be inflated (and you can see they already are: Lakers -12 / Spurs -8.5 / Magic -9...etc)

amazing analsyis yesterday on denver a value at +5.5 instead of +4. then thunder win by four. i can't pull the trigger on this under. it seems they can go over by their most recent history. how does one defense a granger three. impossible. you account by team's overall percentages. i look forward to this! best of luck.

Nice write-up !!
I agree the under, generally you'll find when teams become very focused and determined they start with whatever is their style of play or their specialty. For Chicago that would be defense.
I would suspect that with a near lose the Bulls will become much more focused and determined to drive a dagger into the Pacers and take away any will to win or confidence the Pacers may have from game 1.
And for the Bulls that starts with defense, and now your getting additional points on the total for game 2.
