I always feel like I need a comeback from all my bets.... tonight: Blazers ML (down 26 at half to the twolves - they OWN the t wolves in recent history), NHL - Senators ML (down 4-1 going into 3rd, thought it was a great play) Ranger/Pitt over 5 (scoreless mid way thru 2nd) ... I cant catch a break, its maddening.

Here's my angle that has been extremely successful...do your full game analysis on paper (stats, trends, injuries, etc). Document the full game lines as well as 1st half. Don't bet ANYTHING on the game or even 1H. See how the 1H unfolds, and that bump that halftime score against the full game stats. You would be surprised how uneven the stats/lines are...and there are some incredible opportunities on half lines & over/unders.
It's all about being disciplines and solid money management. Try my 1H vs 2H method for 1 week....even if you have to bet fake play wagers to see what happens ($0 real cash, but theoretically wager your common unit).

...and consistently winning solid money across all sports (don't play hockey too much) shouldn't be considered stupid. The point, Einstein, is find a methodology that works for you, fine tune and tweak it, and run with it. If you don't like it...stick to your own. Working great for me though.

Forget about statistics and even trends. The NBA is all about personality and situational matchups. You bet on the hottest jump shooting team in the league to win their 4th game in 5 nights against a very good team. Chance are they wouldn't stay that hot. Not saying it was a good or bad bet. You just cant look at stats/ numbers to determine where the best value lies.

dont bet on tilt while betting the nba. i am still mad about the boston game but i refuse to chase for the rest of the night. boston scored 42 in the first and was up by 21 at some point in the game... they lost by 1. nba is frustrating.

Portland +2 looked a little fishy! Take the other side if it looks unbelievable. Examples this year. Heat Pacers 1st game was Heat +3, people jumped all over that. A few days ago Spurs +3 against the Clippers, looked to good. Just try and tink how Vegas tries to sike you out some games. Thats what I do , look for screwy lines. Hope it helps man.

This is NBA pre xmas .Its always up and down mostly coin flip games .Not the time of season to be betting a lot of coin . 4 out of the 6 teams now that are hot wont be there at the end . Basketball starts when football ends .This time of year is more for setting yourself up for a profitable run last 50 games of the reg season

would love a little more info on the 2nd half bets Focus was talking about .I seem to win more totals than anything in most sports for the game .And 2nd half in football bails me out a lot.
