Writing a script for the movie. Looking for investors producers

Already for few years I'm running this idea of writing a script for the movie cause I got this great story and watching all the shitty movies being produced today - I am sure with right people I could bring this baby to the theatres near you or at least have it produced by a Netflix. You tell me what you think. 

The story runs from the 90ies and thru today. It is a story that begins with two ambitious young men trying to take an advantage of the initial chaos in an underworld created by a forceful departure of Castellano and develops into drama with some tragic outcome at the beginning influencing the development of the main character who is a younger brother to one of the two young men.

The colourful, yet, realistic characters are a small time crook jailed and walking out of a jail as an important member of Cosa Nostra given an illegal Casino in Manhattan to run. Our here thou - develops as a conscious man working in immoral environment and living thru the conflicting worlds creates a monster genius with tragic family circumstances, but stoic character that earns him points and respect among those who only  respect power and fearless people. Just an example of his day of work sitting in a call centre:

ELY  (soft, warm, rehearsed voice) Good evening, Jason. This is Ely speaking from the Activation Department. I’m your assigned Activation Officer for the Kiwi Automated Trading Program. How are you tonight?

JASON (76)  (suspicious, cautious) I… I’m alright. I’m not sure about all this. I saw the video on Facebook, but… you know how things are online.

Ely smiles — the trained smile. But something in his eyes flickers.

ELY  I understand completely. That’s why I’m here — to validate your registration and make sure you’re speaking with the right person. Before we continue, I’m going to give you your Security Verification Code. This code ensures that only my department can assist you. Your code is: C-Seven-Four-Nine-Prime. If anyone calls you without this code, you hang up immediately. Alright?

Jason hesitates… then nods to himself.

JASON  Alright… C-Seven-Four-Nine-Prime. But tell me something — is this really backed by the government? The video said the Prime Minister supports it.

Ely swallows. He hates this part.

ELY  Jason… the program is fully compliant with Kiwi financial regulations. That’s what matters. And you’ve been pre-approved. My job is simply to activate your AI trading account so your system can start working.

Jason exhales, still unsure.

?? KYC PHASE — Ely’s Scripted Interrogation

ELY  Before we activate your account, I need to complete your KYC Validation — Know Your Customer. It’s standard procedure for financial platforms. I’ll ask a few questions, and you answer in your own words. Ready?

JASON  (sighs) Let’s get it over with.

ELY  Perfect. First — your age?

JASON  Seventy-six.

Ely types. His fingers slow for a moment — guilt.

ELY  Citizenship?

JASON  Kiwi.

ELY  Your work before retirement?

JASON  I was a machinist. Forty-two years.

Ely pauses. That hits him.

ELY  Thank you, Jason. Next — your monthly income? Pensions, benefits, anything regular.

JASON  About 1,900 dollars. Sometimes less.

Ely’s jaw tightens. He continues.

ELY  And your current savings, approximately?

JASON  (small voice) Not much. Maybe… maybe 6,000 left.

Ely closes his eyes for half a second. He pushes forward.

ELY  Any loans or debts?

JASON  Just a small line of credit. Nothing big.

ELY  Marital status?

JASON  Widower.

Ely’s hand freezes on the keyboard. He forces himself to keep typing.

ELY  Thank you, Jason. Last part — what device are you using right now? Laptop, phone, tablet?

JASON  Laptop. Old one.

ELY  Perfect. That helps me guide you through the activation.

ELY  Now, to activate your AI system, we need the initial funding of 250 NZD. Which method works best for you?

• Credit card

• Debit card

• PayPal

• Interac e-Transfer

Jason hesitates. This is the moment Ely must close — but his conscience is screaming.

JASON  I… I don’t know, Ely. Why do you need all this? Why can’t the system just start?

Ely’s voice softens.

ELY  Jason… the deposit isn’t a fee. It becomes your trading capital. The AI can’t operate without funds to trade with. I’ll send you the secure processor link to your email. Once you complete it, your account manager will take over and guide you step by step.

Jason breathes heavily.

JASON  And this is safe?

Ely looks around the call center — the noise, the lies, the scripts. He lowers his voice.

ELY  Jason… (beat) I’m here with you. Use the method you’re most comfortable with. We’ll do this together.

Jason nods slowly.

JASON  Alright… I’ll use my debit card.

Ely’s heart sinks.

ELY  (quietly) Okay, Jason. I’m sending the link now. When you’re ready… click “Process Deposit.”

SCENE BEGINS

RYAN  (flat, efficient) Good afternoon, Mr. Halpern. This is Ryan from the Validation Department. I’m your assigned Activation Specialist for the Automated Trading Initiative. We’re finalizing your account today.

MR. HALPERN (68)  (weary, confused) I… I don’t remember signing up for anything. I just clicked something on Facebook.

Ryan doesn’t flinch.

RYAN  That’s exactly why I’m calling. Your registration was flagged for priority activation. Before we proceed, I need to confirm your Security Phrase. Your phrase is: North-Prime-Six-Delta. Repeat it back to me.

MR. HALPERN  (stumbling) North… Prime… Six… Delta.

Ryan types without looking at the screen.

RYAN  Perfect. You’re validated.

RYAN  We’ll complete your KYC now. Age?

MR. HALPERN  Sixty-eight.

RYAN  Citizenship?

MR. HALPERN  Kiwi.

RYAN  Employment before retirement?

MR. HALPERN  I was a schoolteacher.

Ryan pauses for half a second — not out of empathy, but calculation.

Teachers = low savings = small deposit = low commission. He continues anyway.

RYAN  Monthly income?

MR. HALPERN  About 1,400.

RYAN  Savings?

MR. HALPERN  Maybe… maybe 3,000.

RYAN  Any loans?

MR. HALPERN  A small one. Medical bills.

Ryan doesn’t react.

RYAN  Marital status?

MR. HALPERN  Divorced.

RYAN  Device you’re using?

MR. HALPERN  My phone.

Ryan nods, typing.

RYAN  To activate your AI trading system, we need the initial deposit of 250 NZD. Which method works for you?

MR. HALPERN  (confused, scared) I… I don’t know. This feels strange. Why do you need this money?

Ryan leans back. He’s done this a thousand times.

RYAN  Mr. Halpern… (voice steady, emotionless) The deposit becomes your trading capital. Without it, your AI system cannot operate. This is standard procedure. I’m sending you the secure link now. Open it.

MR. HALPERN  But… is this safe?

Ryan’s eyes flicker — not guilt, just annoyance.

RYAN  Sir, if it wasn’t safe, I wouldn’t be calling you from the Validation Department. We’re regulated. We’re audited. We’re compliant. Now — which method are you using?

A long silence.

MR. HALPERN  (quietly) Credit card.

Ryan nods, satisfied.

RYAN  Good choice. Click “Process Deposit.” I’ll stay on the line.

So, Ryan used to be once like Ely and Ely will become Ryan too while Ryan is already running a casino and Ely, who's girlfriend just dumped him and he is looking for self development rather than being in a call canter swamp approaches Ryan seeking help

Another scene I think might be of interest as to how the story goes:

Ely's father, an ex cop who fell ill - is constantly blamed by his wife for the loss of the elder son David, who went MIA in Afghanistan following his dad's suggestion he enrols in a military rather than going to jail for robbing the bookies after Castellano's departure. His friend Ryan, who lived with him, with his younger brother Ely and his parents following his own parents perishing in a car accident - survived the ordeal serving 5 years (with no early parole) in an upstate penitentiary. The parents were neighbours in a Forest Hills NY 108th street and David's request to give Ryan a shelter rather than sending him to foster houses was kindly accepted by his parents. But now, mother couldn't stand neither - her husband or Ryan as they both reminded her of David and how foolish she was agreeing to her husband's idea who's cop friends suggested the military as the only way they could keep David out of the jail in conjunction with social services and the judge. Ryan preferred the jail rather than shipping away. But now, Ely's dad being ill and Professor Lipschitz, a Noble prize winner who was a degenerate gambler and in debt in Ryan run casino, agreeing to see Ely's father to assess his medical situation in return for a new 100K credit line extended by Ryan to him. Why? Cause Ryan had a Billion dollar idea how to use Lipschitz for his financial maneuvre.
So, as part of that manoeuvre - all of them plus Ryan's Russian girlfriend from Brighton Beach - were on their way top Peekskill - an upstate New York resort Ely's parents moved to selling their 108 street appartement to get away from memories.

Palisades parkway was as colourful as it ever is just before fall. Montana Ice Cream parlour in a middle way  - usually a busy establishment - was absolutely empty from customers when a flashy convertible pulled up in a an empty parking lot right in front of the parlour. Woman, who was driving - looked like a character from fifties movies. With rogue sun glasses under a head cover and shiny lips in red. Next to her was sitting heavy set, yet relatively short non threatening looking Ryan. On a back seat Ely and Professor Lipschitz were feeling all the wind from driving and were relieved when a car came to a halt.  Some 100 feet away, under the trees - there was a patrol car parked with a young and old troopers working hard on their sandwiches. When Ryan was in the parlour ordering Ice Cream - two Harleys with tattooed bikers pulled up right next to the convertible. One of them paying a great attention to the Russian Marylin Monroe looking like lady at the driver seat smoking a Cigar, which was very unusual for a lady - made a remark to her suggesting his penis replacing a cigar. She just put the smoke up his face and reacted in a way only people who know the Russian gangsters from Brighton Beach would understand and appreciate. "Idi nahui pidarast poka ys tibia ne zastrelila!". (go fuck yourself you person before I'll shoot you). But the biker seemed not to understand truthfulness of a threat and continued to harass her advancing closer towards her... Suddenly, out of nowhere Ryan showed up hardly holding the 4 cones of ice creams and asked the biker politely to go back to his bike and drive the fuck away. The biker's response was the worse he could come up with under the circumstances: he just shoved the ice cream into Ryan's face laughing a saying - is this your boyfriend, I could fuck him to if you are in a kinky mood... While saying that he realized that his other biker friend's face became panicking and couldn't understand why as those were the last words he could say for a long time as a baseball bat Ryan pulled out of the  baggage rammed into his face and the jaw repeatedly after already breaking both of his knee caps. The young trooper folded his sandwich away ready to drive up to the scene but the older trooper told him quietly - don't even try. This is Ryan Costello and the NYC cop's son who's brother went MIA. They will be out of the station sooner than your hands will stop aching from writing down the report and nothing would come out of it. They donate to all the tri state area police retirement funds hundreds of thousand of dollars if not millions and unless they will shoot you - you just close your eyes and drive away and that is what exactly you're going to do unless you want to get creamed by a captain. Do you know who that Ryan's boos is? The question was rather rhetorical as the young trooper understood who the big boss might have been. All the tri state cops knew who was their pension funds benefactor.
