I have a few absolute messes to make the list:

Creepshow 2
Caddyshack 2
Silent Night Deadly Night 2 (possibly worst movie ever made)
Dumb and Dumberer, When Harry Met Lloyd

There are plenty of others, but these four pieces of crap stick out the most. Any others?

Rocky Balboa is not the worst of the Rocky sequels.

Speed 2 is my vote.
