Why would they do such a thing?

remake the great death wish?  apparently, this new one sucks, as expected.  if you haven't seen the original, it was great.

Aw man, thought the same thing.

yeah, willis was great in pulp fiction and has a good personality for the die hard movies, but he's no charles bronson.  not sure who would be good for this either.  maybe no one which is why they should just leave it alone.  maybe omar from the wire.

on the other hand, i watched the new blade runner this weekend.  i don't think the original blade runner was quite up to the level of death wish, but i thought the new blade runner was great.

Blade Runner is far too much boring.
