My vote goes to Bloodsport. My god is it dumb, but yes, I love it.
Notable scenes:
1. The chase with Forrest Whitaker and the other govt dude. Van Damme keeps stopping and mocking them, and when they fall in the water, its just pathetic.
2. The scene where the reporter tells him she won't stand by and watch him die.
3. The flashbacks after she tells him, when Van Damme goes to collect his thoughts and starts crying, and he even sees the reflection of the bad guy in the window.
4. The stretching scene on top of hong kong is total cheese as well.
5. using the trash can lid to reverse the tasers
6. how his buddy thinks he knocked out the bad guy and then gets his skull cracked, of course he COULD have beat him but has to dance around instead, what cheese.
