If you have seen this movie. What exactly happened? Did this woman enter the interminable hell ghost ship on water after abusing her child?

Dungpile movie actually but the ending is a puzzle.

I know but the twist has me. If you haven't watched this pile of elephant turd then do so. The writer has me stumped.

I think it was her punishment the whole while. She was sent to hell for abusing her child and the ship represented that vessel from hell that put her in a triangular steaming load of buffalo shit (like the movie), for eternity.
