The Bridge - Another US adaption of a Scandi project

Question

The Bridge was originally a danish/swedish crime series that takes place in both countries.

Fx has picked it up now and will air 13 episodes this summer.

So far US networks have picked up The Killing, Those who Kill, and now The Bridge .. i wonder if they will pick up Borgen the next time.

Well i am not going to be watching that. As usual the will bungle it and what made the story so compelling to start with , two cops with certain human weaknesses and a clever terrorist/murder will be lost from the US plot.

I can recommend that danish series very much.
