"The Wrestler"

Just saw it today.  It's worth a look.  It moves along at a pace that will keep you entertained and it is not one of those cheesy Hollywood feel good stories.  It was different.  I liked it.

The Wrestler I really liked this movie. I wouldve given Rourke the Oscar for that performance but I guess Hollywood needed their speech from douchebag sean penn at the awards show.

Some may find it slow but I thought it was a terrific movie

It was a really good movie, but one that I really wouldn't care to watch again.

Marisa's titties were a nice touch also.

I agree 100%. really worth watching just for Mickey Rourke's acting in a movie with a somewhat lame plot which actually fits a LOT of his movies over the years.

I agree he got screwed NOT getting the Best Actor Oscar BUT what do you expect from overrun with homosexuals Hollywood?

Best scenes in the movie:

 

1. Rourke punching a meat slicer

2. Rourke inviting that youngster in to play old school video games

 

That flick was horrible imo

Just saw it for the first time a couple days ago.  I thought it was brilliant.
