also they said he fixed the auto pilot 6 months ago
yeah thats what one of my friends was telling. Also, Alfred saw him on vacation but i think that was an illusion, just as he was also imagining his happiness.

Bruce Wayne did not die, but Batman did. They basically used his taking the bomb out as the exit of Batman, He gave Robin the way to the Bat cave so he can continue to protect Gotham City. And the mayor guy was checking out the batman symbol could mean he might want to throw on a suit or something haha. The autopilot thing basically told us that Bruce survived. Great flick I watched it a 2nd time in these D-box seats (Video game like motion ones) that I've never knew until now. It was pretty awesome

Bruce Wayne fixed the auto pilot through a software patch. So he essentially killed off his alter ego of Batman and he could go on and live a normal life as Bruce Wayne
Aniki hit it spot on;

Nope.
Bruce Wayne has a tombstone at Wayne Manor. His will was read. That's why the are using the house for an orphanage. Whatever assets he did have were left to Alfred.
Bruce and Celina used the "Clean State" program to disappear.
Did you guys watch this movie?

I think it was real. Remember during the movie Alfred never actually saw the catwoman but that is who Bruce Wayne is sitting with at the french restaurant.
And it gives a great story line with the return of batman and now robin and catwoman for the next movie.
