If you grew up watching these movies, as I did, then you will enjoy it

I am still shocked that Kelly Leak (Jackie Earle Haley) is playing Freddy.

You know, he and Johnny Depp both auditioned for the same role in the Original one.

The new one is decent?  I was afraid it would suck since it's Michael Bay!  I also wasn't impressed w/ the zinger line, "Who Are You? 

- "I'm Your Nightmare!"

Not terribly original.

No kidding, huh? I was expecting it to be horrible.

Loved these growing up.

Was it better than the Friday the 13th Remake?

nothing great...i got a ripped DVD copy form the web so it was free..

Freddie stuck more to the original then Friday

They made Jason a pot growin drug dealer

I, as well as thousands of others on IMDB thought this movie sucked!!!!

 

4/10 .... was boring, should have been rated PG for the non-violence, was pathetic! Not scary, Not violent, Not good!

The new Friday the 13th was one of the biggest pieces of garbage remakes I've ever seen in my life!  Besides, part V, A New Beginning, The Friday Remake is by far the worst one.  I'm still angry that I paid to see that waste-of-a-film.  The MY BLOODY VALENTINE remake was very good however.  I'll have to check out The NEw Nightmare!
