thought i'd try to get a new thread going each week where if you watch a new  or old movie for the 1st time you post it and what you thought of it.
if it works, fine, if not, forget i started this thread... nothing for me yet but Undisputed is on later and i may tune into it
 
maybe all use same format.
 
Title, big names in it, what you thought of it and maybe the old  if its good and maybe a   if its bad and why its bad. boring, bad plot, or WTF did i just watch?

Saw "Heartbreak Kid" last night..................I liked it. Some hilarious scenes.

Undisputed..ving rhames and wesley snipes...not really that good. no one to really root for and the big scene wasnt even interesting because of it.

Rambo -  not as bad as I thought it would be...not good, but not all that bad. Alot of cheesy action.
 
Untraceable - alot of promise that did not deliver IMO....this movie was not bad but it could have been much better

School Of Rock...last night with Jack Black.

Kind of a family-ish movie, but Jack Black is great as always.

Once again I took note that Jack Black has genuine musical talent. Anyone that has ever listened to his band Tenacious D knows a little what I am talking about.

The guy is a total goof ball. Just cracks me the hell up.

Good movie to watch if not much else is going on. Girlfriend might think that you are sensitive or something if you pick that movie to watch instead of Tombstone or Godfather

I watched Hannibal Rising the other night. Basically, Hannibal L as a kid and how he became such a freak. I thought it was worth watching. Like a 6 out of 10. It's Tuesday night, 10 pm, it's on cable, so I am going to watch it type of movie. Could have been better, could have been worse.

Gone Baby Gone.  There was about 10 minutes in the middle when I thought that this may be a flop...Then it picked up and had a great ending too. ..... Worth watching.
 
 
As far as WTF did I just watch...ALIEN vs. PREDATOR  part 2.

Rambo this past Thursday

knew what I was getting into but couldn't imagine how bad the acting was in the movie

some great kill scenes

be prepared to laugh at some great unintentional comedy

Bourne Ultimatum - Insane action sequences. Pretty confusing but the fights were so intense that I didn't care.

I watched Mystic River for the first time this week.  i liked it a lot.

Employee of the month (the one with Dane Cook and J. Simpson) - Not that funny.  Not that entertaining. The other "Employee of the month" was much better. I actually fell asleep the first time I saw it, and had to go back and finish watching it.  I'd give it a 4 out of 10, and mostly because Jessica Simpson is hot as fuck.
 
Saw III - Pretty decent, similar to the other two, still gut wrenching and a decent story.  Really I watched it just because I've seen the other two.  6 out of 10 just because it was pretty gruesome and not a snoozer.
 
The number 23 - Fuck this movie.  Complete waste of time. 2 out of 10.

for some dumb reason i actually liked Employee of the Month..wasnt hilarious but i didnt mind it. and as I watched it i realized that i really hate tony romo.
 
The Number 23 was f'n horribly bad.
 
I didnt like Mystic River...the fact that i cant stand sean penn or tim robbins had nothing to do with it but the awful acting by penn and the ending did.

Deja Vu- Denzel..i thought it kinda stunk then got good for a few minutes and then after it ended i didnt really like it. maybe a 4 out of 10 if that

Just watched "Wild Hogs" and I'd say it was better than Employee of the month... at least I laughed a couple times, and it was an OK story. Probably a 5 out of 10.

Rush Hour 3- I'm a fan of all the rush hour movies and 3 did not disappoint.

I saw "8mm" last night for the first time.  One of those movies I always wanted to watch, but never did, starring Nicholas Cage, James Gandolfini, Joaquin Phoenix.  Was pretty good. . .  I liked it, but it's disturbing in a lot of ways.  May not be for everyone for sure, it's pretty dark and depressing overall. . .  I'd give it a 6 or 7 out of 10 though.
