Karate Kid...

Question

I didn&#x27;t see if anyone posted this or not but I watched it this afternoon and I thought it was rather clever.  Basically take Daniel out of Cali and drop him off in China, a little younger and black and you have the same story.  I loved revisting this movie of my youth and I think they did a pretty good job.  The plot line and its quirks are REALLY similar, down to the dumping water on Johnnie (played by a Chinese kid) as a prank.  I will not ruin the ending though of whether there is a crane kick at the end.  BOL!

the fact that they made this movie pissed me off

1st off will smith sucks, his son sucks and thats the only reason he is in movies

the karate kid didnt need to be remade

Agreed.  This movie is on my official boycott list.  Once I saw Will Smith&#x27;s kid playing the role of Daniel and Jackie Chan as Miyagi I was infuriated.  They ruined a classic!

&#xD;&#xA;Crips that happens in Hollywood all of the time.  This is why we have families that are "Hollywood Elite" because they have too much pull with the studios.  Some a good actors and some are not at all but they aways get roles.  I don&#x27;t really have to go into names but I will simply say Collin Hanks.
