I didnt see it but since I will not see it I looked up the big twist here it is

The orphan is a 33-year-old with proportional dwarfism who apparently used to be a hooker.

Now I almost want to see it

Sweet! I wasn't interested until I heard that...but on second thought, I"ll still just wait til it's making the rounds on HBO.

I watched a bootlegged version last night. This movie is REALLY good. The ending was really fucked up.
