I just watched this old movie from 1997. It is with Daniel Day Lewis (he is awesome as usual) and some other pretty good actors.
It is about this young lad coming home to Belfast after been imprisoned. He fought for the IRA.
As you can imagine by the title he was a boxer before he was sendt to prison. He is then released back out into the community and well it is devided.
He tries to do his little part by it is difficult when people hate each other (protestants and catholics).
Awesome movie. It is worth watching if you get the chance.
