This was a really good movie. Ben Afflecks directorial debut... The movie leave you in the middle of an extremely moral question. It was shot well and all the acting was good. If you haven't seen it and want to see something good this is the movie for you.

i absolutely loved this movie. went with my girl to see it and we ended up debating the end for like an hour haha.

i was arguing that kidnapping is wrong and a mother has a right to her children no matter what. she kept arguing that morgan freeman was giving the girl the only chance shell ever have to have a high quality of life. how many movies that you see have such a great ending in which you have to choose a side but you completely understand why the other side feels the way it does? one of my favs of the year

Casey Affecks girlfriend in the movie really pissed me off. I hate woman like that; not understanding that he made the right decision and she left him for it. He is better off without her.
