Game of Thrones

Third season.  Spectacular sets, costumes, acting.  Mix of fantasy and history.  Lots of violence and sex.  The mottos of each Kingdom battling for the throne are chilling :  Winter is coming -  Kingdom of the north Winterfell.  Valar Morghulis is the overall theme of the series.  What is dead may never die -  Kingdom of Iron Islands.  Tremendous acting.  Dragons, Dire wolves, white-walkers, Dragon mother, Red sorceress, beheadings, Night Watch at the northern wall.

felt like watching a movie. Truly spectacular show. Looking forward to episode 2 tomorrow.

Ordered HBO after sitting out first two seasons then got a free sneak preview for the weekend.  Had to catch up the first two seasons on HBO on demand as they have the entire seasons recorded.  Have a special for three months with HBO and Cinemax both for $9.95 then reverts to HBO only for $15.95.  Oceanic Time Warner told me the 10 callers before all signed on because of Game of Thrones.

yes its a gud movie

There is a guy in the show that had his penis removed. What are those people called?

Jamie is Da Bear Slaying Boss

Love it

No penis is called eunuch, pronounced u-nic.  Theon Greyjoy had his removed in season 3, I am glad as he had two little boys burned and hung.  Jamie Lanister had his hand lopped off also in season 3 and I am glad as he was responsible for friggin his own twin sister and have her son become the wrongful heir to the throne.  This led to the death of King Stark who knew the truth but lied to protect his daughters from Geoffry who is actually a Lannister, not the true heir.

Episode nine, season three, kinda sickening.  Some major characters are killed off.  Rob Stark, his wife and unborn child, and Rob's mother, Catelyn Stark.  All slaughtered in a diabolical scheme.  Rob Starks dire wolf is also killed.  There is not much left of the family to get any vengeance.  Sansa is a Lannister, Arrya is a young girl,  Brandon is a cripple and younger brother Rickon is too young.  Only Jon Snow, half brother may step up but I do not foresee this.  Dany, mother of Dragons is doing well, she is amassing a great army of warriors.  Maybe some of her dragons die to even out the fact that two wolves have died and three Starks are now dead.

I have not read the books, so i was stunned by the events in the 9 episode!

What an excellent season 3. I am not pleased that i have to wait 8 months for season 4.

I agree but some of book three was not in season 3 so I assume that that season 4 will lead off with the end of book 3.  The overlap is tremendously exciting.  It will be worth the wait.  I guarantee!   The wait will be worth it.  Finished all three books this spring till now and debating whether to buy book 4, A Feast for Crows.

You could always visit your local library

Nah, I want to keep Barnes and Noble around.   Easy for me stop by after surfing at Ala Moana, then get a bite to eat at California Wok.

The Red Wedding on YouTube. People are p*ssing themselves.

Wait till Joffrey's wedding it will be a bomb!  The battle at the Wall will be unbelievable.  I do not believe they can capture all the action and there is still more at the concluding chapters of book three.   This guy's imagination is off the charts!   Believe me, you will not be disappointed!
